At Patent Ferrule we pride ourselves on our quality of service and our personal approach to customers. To this end we have established and implemented a Quality Management System based upon the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard. The Quality Management System supports the scope of our third party quality system approval held with LRQA Ltd.
It is our intention to monitor, measure and analyse our processes and customer feedback and† implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and to continually improve our processes, products and service. The methods and results relating to Customer Satisfaction and Process Effectiveness will be determined at the Annual Management Review.

The Patent Ferrule Company Limited are specialists in the precision cutting-to-length and manipulation of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous tubes, sections, flats, bars and rods.
It is imperative that all employees of The Patent Ferrule Company Limited comply with this Quality Policy Statement and all associated company procedures and processes, as specified in the Quality Manual and associated documents.
The supply of products to specification, within agreed delivery times and at an acceptable cost are key objectives for our company.
Customer satisfaction ensures the continuity and prosperity of our company and thus is a key measure of our success.
The Company is committed to continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Objectives and targets are periodically reviewed and are deployed at appropriate levels throughout the Company.
Risks and opportunities are identified and evaluated on a continual day-to-day basis with immediate action being taken where necessary.
